My name is Cel Onyeagocha and I am currently with One World Realty. I became a sales representative in the year 2005 after I completed the Seventy-five hours (75) required to obtain the NJ Realtor License.
I have continued to be active in the business of real estate to–date. Within a month of been in real estate, I made my first sell as a seller’s agent. The property was listed by me and sold to a buyer associated with the office.
Though I was a part-time agent, I worked very hard to keep our office afloat with the help of the broker and the rest of the agents. The office provided the agents with tools to work with, meaning lots of seminars, training, door to door sales, direct interactions with buyers and sellers in public places such as supermarkets and shopping malls.
In my fifteenth (15) years, I have averaged about eight (8) deals in a year. Most of my success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. I also work tirelessly on behalf of my clients and always offer them candid advice. I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. My goal is to become the top 1% producer in my office. I provide quality service to build relationships with my clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively frequently.
